This year’s Scuba Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a fun adventure about diving into friendship with God!
Set for Sundays, June 23 – July 21, from 9:00 AM to Noon, this VBS is for children ages 4 through students leaving fifth grade.
At Scuba, kids explore what it means to have a friendship with God. Kids participate in memorable Bible-learning activities, sing catchy songs, play teamwork-building games, devour yummy treats, experience one-of-a-kind Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Buddies to remind them of God’s love, and test out sciency-fun experiments that get imagination bubbling.
Plus, kids will learn to look for evidence of God all around them through something called God Sightings. Featuring breakfast, games, crafts, snacks, and Bible stories, this is sure to be a fun and meaningful time for the students.
There is water play for the students each Sunday, so students should be sure to bring a towel and wear a swimsuit under their clothes. If they are not bringing a swimsuit, they should wear dark clothes. The Scuba Vacation Bible School will conclude with a musical finale and party on Sunday, July 28.
The Scuba Vacation Bible School is on Sundays from 9:00 AM – 12:00 noon at Trinity, 44-550 Monroe St. in Indio, for children ages 4 through students leaving fifth grade. There is no cost. For more information, call the church office at 760-347-0604.
